Felipe Angeles Airport (NLU) is officially known as Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe Ángeles (AIFA) and was Inaugurated on March 21, 2022.
AIFA Airport, a modern facility 45km from Mexico City, is becoming increasingly popular as Mexico’s President Andrés Manuel López Obrador continues to refer to NLU as the new alternative airport to Mexico City’s Benito Juárez International Airport.
